About FYVN
Find Your Voice Network, a non-governmental organisation is channelled towards empowering the youths to achieve their dreams. Our target is to build a platform where the youths would have to pursue their dreams, to give the youths the opportunity to live their dreams because every dream deserves to be nourished to actualisation. The term ‘Find Your Voice’ basically means finding your dream and we want to create a platform for the realisation of every dream. Because your dream is your voice; it is who you are, it is what defines you.
Our goal is to help the youths through empowerment and development programmes such as organisation of seminars, workshops, trainings, and award excellence in order to encourage continuity. FYVN wants to encourage innovation coupled with creativity in pursuit of dreams. Creativity and innovation are fast diminishing in our society and it is one of our goals to bring back them to the attention of the youths.

MISSION
Our mission is to raise youths who would be achievers in their chosen fields; revive the excellent culture, encourage innovation and creativity through workshops, trainings, seminars, and awards. To produce youths who can compete globally and to augment employers of labour.
FOCUS
To instill confidence in the youths so they can always speak publicly without fear, to become good communicators.
To encourage creativity and innovation.
Celebrate those who deem it fit to maximize their potentials via awards.
Orient youths on how to be the best in whatever they do. How to be great in a world that is full of great people and still be distinct.

PAST EVENTS
Find Your Voice Network was launched on 30th April, 2013 at Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State during a seminar tagged, ‘Selling Your Ideas in 5 Minutes or Less’. We had ninety six (96) students in accordance with four (4) Guest Speakers from within and outside the university.
Prior to that event, we organised an Inter-Departmental Debate consisting of all the departments in the Faculty of Arts, OOU.
Again, the organisation held a 3-day debate that lasted from 29th to 31st October, 2014; for 24 Secondary Schools in Ijebu North, Ogun State. It was sponsored by FirstBank, MTN, and Globacom Nigeria. A total of 200 students were in attendance excluding teachers. The debate was covered by Ogun State Television (OGTV).
