The 2yr old boy was brutalized by his step mother
The woman supposedly said she did it out of jealousy, as her step son's mother was not living with them.
She broke the little boy's arms and legs, cut off his tongue and testicles.
The two year old boy is currently receiving treatment at the Aminu teaching hospital
